Sorry, but we do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your Amba Coco experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the time of purchase. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
– Product must be in salable condition and with its original packaging.
– A refund will only be issued to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
– Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Amba Coco receipt and/ or packing slip can be exchanged, to the value of the exchange inclusive of all discounts applied.
– Defective items will be replaced with same and/ or equivalent item(s) within one year of purchase provided defect is inherent to design. Original Amba Coco proof of purchase must be provided.
– Damaged product caused by improper usage and/ or product damaged accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced. Please ensure that product care has been followed as explained in the Product Care section of our website. Returns will not be issued when product has been damaged as a result of not following our product care guidelines.
